Physical Therapy Fees

Luminous Physio is committed to providing transparent billing. No added fees after your PT is complete.

In-Clinic Physical Therapy

  • Initial Examination Session: $300 (55 min)
  • Return Treatment Session: $240 (55 min)

Telehealth Physical Therapy

  • Initial Examination Session: $300 (55 min)
  • Return Treatment Session: $240 (55 min)

Prenatal/Postpartum Yoga and Pelvic PT Education

  • 5 classes over 5 weeks: $375 ($75/class) (1.5 hrs x 5)

Payment:

Payment is collected at time of service. I accept cash, check or credit card including HSA and FSA cards. I am an out of network provider with all insurances (I cannot see Medicare patients at this time). I do provide a monthly Superbill that patients can submit to their insurance if they have out of network benefits.

Cancellation Policy:

I request 48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of sessions. Any session that is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.
